Free Shipping on all orders $50 or more!

How will my VelvetCrate be shipped? All orders ship out of Dallas, Texas via USPS Priority Mail.      

When will my VelvetCrate be delivered?  If you choose a specific delivery date, we do our best to make sure your VelvetCrate is delivered within one business day of your desired date. If you do not select a delivery date, or are ordering individual products, we will ship the following business day (and occasionally, the same day!). Delivery takes place 1-3 business days after shipment, depending on the destination. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. 

Where can I ship a VelvetCrate? We currently ship to all 50 States! 

Payment

How much does a VelvetCrate cost? Each VelvetCrate is uniquely priced between $50 and $75 and shipping is free. Sales tax is applied to shipments to Texas residents. When shopping individual products, orders less than $50 will be charged $10 shipping.

What form of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards.

When am I charged for my order? You will be charged when your VelvetCrate order is placed.  

Special Offerings 

Can I send a personalized card with my VelvetCrate? Included in each VelvetCrate is a card that can be personalized with your message. If you prefer to fill in the details, we will leave it blank for you.   

Can I customize a VelvetCrate? If you have a special gift request for an upcoming event, please drop us a line. With enough time, we can help customize your VelvetCrate.

Do you include a receipt or any prices? We do not include receipts inside your VelvetCrate and individual gifts do not include price tags.
