Sweet Summer Eats — Chocolate Covered Frozen Banana Bites
What's on your menu for the 4th of July weekend? BBQ? Beer? Bomb Pops? One of our favorite treats are dark chocolate covered frozen banana bites!
Frozen Banana Bites
2 bananas, ripe and peeled
8 oz melted chocolate
nuts, candies, or other topping confections
Cut bananas into bites and put toothpick in each banana bite and freeze for an hour. Dip each banana bite in melted chocolate to coat. Roll banana bite in toppings of your choice and place on parchment paper. Freeze again and enjoy!

The Best Gin Cocktail Recipe
1/2 oz. Royal Rose Rose Syrup
2 lime wedges
3-4 cucumber slices
In a Boston shaker, muddle rose syrup, lime, and cucumber. Add ice and gin and shake. Serve on the rocks and garnish with a cucumber slice or a lime wedge.
